A 0.7-V 7.4-nW 6.4-ppm/°C CMOS Subthreshold Voltage Reference With Temperature Compensation Circuit
This paper proposes a subthreshold VR circuit with TC compensation. The VR is generated by two NMOS transistors with different threshold voltages, and then its temperature performance is further improved through a simple and low-power temperature compensation circuit.
