Xinying Su received the B.Eng. degree from South China Agricultural University, Guangzhou, China, in 2023, and the M.Eng. degree in electronic information from Sun Yat-sen University, Shenzhen, China, in 2026.

She is currently with Monolithic Power Systems, Inc.

Her research interests include CMOS memristor simulator circuit design and neuromorphic chips.
