Wenji Mo received the B.Sc. degree in electronic information science and technology from Central China Normal University, Wuhan, China, in 2022. He is currently pursuing the M.S. degree in electronic information with Sun Yat-sen University, Shenzhen, China.

His current research interests include circuit design of low-power RISC-V processors and self-powered SoCs.
